MORE WEEK 14 DFS: Values | Stacks | Lineup BuilderFLEX Curtis Samuel, Panthers @ Browns ($4,000). We managed to get a cheap flex without getting too thin here. Samuel’s pricing hasn’t adjusted to his surge in work and the injuries to both Greg Olsen and Devin Funchess. Samuel has seen 13 targets over the past two games and the Panthers are demonstrating an urge to feature last year’s early-round selection.D/ST Cardinals vs. Lions ($2,300). We’re going for basement pricing on a defense hosting a bottom-10 offense in yards over the season and the past three games. Matt Stafford has thrown the fifth-most picks and taken the seventh-most sacks. This should work out just fine. This week’s Sunday morning updates helped get us on the three of the top five players in targets since Week 11.Week 14 Rankings:Quarterback | Running Back | Wide Receiver | Tight End | D/ST | KickerNFL Week 14 DraftKings Cash LineupFor DraftKings’ NFL Week 14 Sunday slate featuring 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. ET games.QB Baker Mayfield, Browns vs. Panthers ($5,800). Carolina ranks 26th in yards allowed per pass attempt over the past three games. They are staggering into Cleveland just as Mayfield averaged above 20 DK per game over the span. Even for a rough outing in actual quarterbacking last week, Mayfield still hit 3X, so he’s a good option here.SUNDAY MORNING UPDATE: RB Jeffrey Wilson, Niners vs. Broncos ($3,800). Wilson’s usage in Sunday’s contest and Kyle Shanahan’s indications afterward all portend well for the latest Niners lead back hitting that 3X at about 11 DK this afternoon.PREVIOUS: RB Phillip Lindsay, Broncos @ 49ers ($6,300). The rookie leads everyone in rushing yards over the past two weeks while landing just 10th in carries over the span. The Broncos roll in as near-TD favorites and project to feed their lead back again. And all that will happen while we snag about $3K off the positional ceiling at RB1.WEEK 14 DFS CASH LINEUPS: FanDuel | YahooSUNDAY MORNING UPDATE: RB Jaylen Samuels, Steelers @ Raiders ($3,700): Further confirmation of Samuels’ usage over Steven Ridley as the lead back adds another reason to feel comfortable with the cap-saving route at RB, to then spend up at WR/TE. The Steelers ride into Oakland as double-digit favorites with the week’s third-highest implied total.PREVIOUS: RB Sony Michel, Patriots @ Dolphins ($5,900). Michel keeps getting close to 20 touches when the Patriots hold positive game script. The Dolphins are greater than TD-underdogs, so fire him up at sub-$6K if going mid-tier at RB2.SUNDAY MORNING UPDATE: WR Davante Adams, Packers vs. Falcons ($8,400): Getting Jaylen Samuels in moved some techtonic plates that made getting up to Davante Adams and Zach Ertz worthwhile, and Wilson at RB2 also gives us that extra cap. Per Pro Football Focus data, Adams has seen top-five target volume since Week 11.PREVIOUS: WR Adam Humphries, Bucs vs. Saints ($4,900). With Marshon Lattimore and the revived Eli Apple outside, the slot has become the trendy method of attack against the Saints in DFS. And New Orlean’s No. 32 DK unit against WRs doesn’t deter overall. It also helps that Humphries banked another nine targets with D-Jax out on Sunday and Humphries has scored in three consecutive games.WR JuJu Smith-Schuster, Steleers @ Raiders ($8,200). We’re on that 52-point total projected for Steelers-Raiders, and we will count on both teams scoring enough to get volume-friendly game flow rolling right through the second half in Oakland. Both AB and JuJu rank top-five among WRs in targets over the past four weeks, and for this lineup, we’ll want to save the $800 by targeting JuJu.WR Keenan Allen, Chargers vs. Bengals ($7,400). No receiver’s seen more targets over the past four weeks than Keenan Allen. He’s heating up in December yet again and DK still hasn’t pulled him into the $8Ks. So, I’m not overthinking this.WEEK 14 DFS GPP LINEUPS: Yahoo | FanDuel | DraftKingsSUNDAY MORNING UPDATE: TE Zach Ertz, Eagles @ Cowboys ($6,400). Dallas allows the third-fewest DK points to receivers but the 11th-most tight ends. Philly saw this as an ideal place to target Dallas a few weeks ago, when Ertz reeled in 14 receptions.PREVIOUS: TE Jared Cook, Raiders vs. Steelers ($5,200). Cook ranks fourth in both targets and DK points among tight ends since Week 10. It’s encouraging that the Raiders offense woke up on Sunday and hooked their TE up with seven receptions and another TD. Our DraftKings Week 14 cash lineup is going to be AFC West heavy this week. With many good matchups in the division, we’re looking to ride the Chargers and fade the Raiders. To do so, we paid up a bit at receiver, and this was made possible by getting some good value on mid-priced running back. That should help differentiate our lineup and give us as chance to compete in NFL DFS cash game contests in Week 14.Last week went quite badly for us, and our season average dropped to 150 DK points, via the cash game log. We’ll be looking to shake off one of our worst performances of the season to attack DK again on the Sunday featured classic slate.
