ESPN Sunday NFL Countdown host Sam Ponder shared some major personal news on Instagram over the weekend.Ponder, who’s married to former NFL quarterback Christian Ponder, has given birth to her third child.She announced the news with an Instagram post on Sunday.“So thankful,” she wrote.Sam and Christian now have three children. Their oldest, Scout, was often seen with Sam on the set of ESPN’s College GameDay.“Went for a morning walk and ran into “mommy’s old work at Home Depot” … didn’t even correct her,” Ponder said on Instagram last fall.Congrats to Sam and Christian!
The air force and the navy are involved in the search operations. Strong winds and heavy rain since Friday night had resulted in the disaster. Meanwhile the Department of Meteorology said today that the showery and windy conditions have reduced over the country.However it said showers will occur at times in the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central and Southern provinces. Showers may extend to Puttalam and Kurunegala districts too. Deputy Ministetr Gunaratne said that several fishermen had been admitted to hospital as well. Deputy Minister of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Development Sarath Kumara Gunaratna said that 14 fishermen are confirmed dead and 36 fishermen, who had gone out to sea on Friday and yesterday, are still missing.Earlier 17 fishermen were reported missing by the police but by this morning the number rose to 43 including 6 reported missing in Ambalangoda and Modara. Southwest monsoon winds will be strengthen (upto 60km/h) at times over the island and neighborhood.It also said that the sea areas off the coast extending from Mannar to Pottuvil via Colombo and Galle as well as the sea areas off the coast extending from Jaffna to Trincomalee will be rough at times.
